At ELITE STRING LAB, every item is custom hand-crafted with care and precision. Because of the personalized nature of our work, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

CUSTOM WORK POLICY

  • Custom dyed lacrosse heads, professionally strung pockets, pocket restorations, and build-your-own orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • We do not accept returns due to a change of mind, color preference, or fit.

WORKMANSHIP ADJUSTMENTS

If there is a genuine issue with our craftsmanship (not preference), we will review the item and may offer adjustments or a remake at our discretion. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

EXCEPTIONS

We will accept returns or offer replacements only in the following cases:
  • The item arrives damaged during shipping
  • We sent the wrong item or an incorrect customization

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and your order number.
